How Transform-ER works

We’re not a consultant. We’re not a traditional main contractor. We’re a delivery integrator designed to work at neighbourhood and borough scale. Our role is to orchestrate the system, not sit on top of it.

We fix the fundamentals: We cleanse stock data, archetype homes at scale using tools like drone surveys, and build finance-ready business cases that work with grant, private finance, or blended funding models.
We design for scale: We create archetype-based programmes with standardised kits-of-parts, not one-off projects. Residents are involved early, shaping solutions around what matters to them. This means lower costs, faster delivery, and better outcomes for everyone.
We manage delivery: We deliver through alliances of installers and manufacturers, contracted once with shared risk/reward incentives and project bank accounts. You keep full transparency and third-party contract rights. No repeated procurements. No multiple fragmented and conflicting contracts.
