How Transform-ER works

We’re not a consultant. We’re not a traditional main contractor. We’re a delivery integrator designed to work at neighbourhood and borough scale. Our role is to orchestrate the system, not sit on top of it.
  • We fix the fundamentals: We cleanse stock data, archetype homes at scale using tools like drone surveys, and build finance-ready business cases that work with grant, private finance, or blended funding models.
  • We design for scale: We create archetype-based programmes with standardised kits-of-parts, not one-off projects. Residents are involved early, shaping solutions around what matters to them. This means lower costs, faster delivery, and better outcomes for everyone.
  • We manage delivery: We deliver through alliances of installers and manufacturers, contracted once with shared risk/reward incentives and project bank accounts. You keep full transparency and third-party contract rights. No repeated procurements. No multiple fragmented and conflicting contracts.
You move from “Can we fund and procure this?” to “We know what to deliver, how much it costs, and who will deliver it – at scale.”
