Transform-ER brings together organisations with a proven track record to deliver a fresh approach to retrofit.

Our core team integrates expertise from our deeply experienced five founding organisations. This includes skills and insights across the breadth of our model – including digital intelligence, business case development, industrialised solutions, procurement and collaborative delivery.     Alex is a director at KIN. They are an award winning architect and sustainability expert and are passionate about creating environmentally and socially sustainable communities and homes, and driving change through systems thinking.
